Someone just posted a 3D print design for a full-height bracket for the Datapath Vision E1S capture card. These cards are often found on eBay with a half-height card, so this could be a great solution to the problem. I’d suggest further testing to make sure it’s strong enough to hold, but I’ll hopefully have a hands-on test soon:
