Game Gear
The Sega Game Gear can output RGB, but requires a modification. There are also multiple versions available.
Gamecube

Sega Dreamcast

Nintendo Wii

The Atari 2600, 5200 and 7800 systems require modifications, but can output RGB, S-Video and composite.
Atari Jaguar
The Jaguar outputs RGB natively and only requires a cable. If you’re a fan of the game Tempest 2000, the Jaguar version allows a rotary / spinner controller to be used.
There is a video-out mod, as well as LCD mods available for both model Lynx handheld systems.
ColecoVision
The ColecoVision can be modded for RGB-out, but the only output from the factory is low-quality RF.
3DO
The 3DO requires a mod for RGB, but does offer S-Video output.
TurboGrafx-16
TurboGrafx-16 / PC Engine systems can output RGB with a modification.
NeoGeo
All versions of the NeoGeo home console should output RGB with just a cable.
Neo Geo Pocket
There is a front-light mod available for the NGP, but no TV-out mod. There is a rare dev kit available called the K2_VIDEO which will output RGB.
Philips CDi
Some CDi systems can output RGB with a modification. Many output S-Video natively, which is also a good solution.
Sony Playstation
Every version of the Playstation should output RGB with just a cable.
All Intellivision systems only offered RF-output, but there is an RGB mod available.
Xbox
The original Xbox can output 480i, 480p, 720p and 1080i. Check out this page for the best methods to output those resolutions.
