A new SCART to dsub adapter akin to the SyncStrike was just announced, that breaks out an RGB SCART connector to RGBHV, or sync “cleaned” RGBs. This device has many features that might be helpful to people who require 15Khz RGBHV, such as users of certain switches, video processors or monitors. Some of the notable features include:
- Output from either VGA DSUB connector or screw terminals
- Sync “stripping” ship is a Texas Instruments LMH1980
- Can be powered by a SCART cable, or external PSU
- Conditioned power circuit
