Tim Worthington has re-created the different color palette options for the v2.0 NESRGB kits! This is excellent news for fans of FirebrandX, Naked Arthur and others who’s created their own awesome color palettes.
Please note, the reason this is important to so many people, is the NES never outputted a “true” RGB color output. PAL and NTSC each were slightly different…and each person’s TV might have interpreted the composite video signal slightly different as well. As a result, we were left guessing at what a true RGB palette was supposed to look like and with all these options available, we’ve pretty much achieved a solution for everyone!
Palettes and installation instructions can be found on FirebrandX’s site here: http://www.firebrandx.com/nespalette.html
