Tinkerplunk has made a SCART to VGA PCB

Jacob Proctor, aka @Tinkerplunk has designed a pass-through to go from SCART to DE-15 “VGA” and 3.5mm mini-jack connectors.
It also has an optional sync stripper if needed. There is no LPF on it.

Just like the SCART2DVI, this PCB doesn’t convert the signal, it just changes the connector.  This is particularly handy for VGA switches like the Extron MVX series, or for people who just need a different way to get SCART into their RGB monitor.
