The world’s first Switch custom firmware has just been uploaded to Github: https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases
The firmware is compatible with all Switch’s up until the hardware change that happened around July 2018. At the moment, it seems you’ll still need to boot into “CFW Mode” each time you power on the console, as opposed to a permanent softmod like the original Wii.
