NES Zapper In Super Slow Motion

How the NES Zapper works is something many retro gamers are all well-aware of.  But have you even seen it demonstrated in 1.7 million frames per second?  I didn’t think so.

I’m a fan of The Slow Mo Guys and their content can often be really educational, as well as entertaining.  A great example is their footage of how TV’s work in slow motion.  The lengths they go to, in order to show the raster scanning of a CRT is amazing and truly demonstrates how impressive CRT technology is.  If you haven’t seen it yet, I’d call it a must-watch:
