If you upgrade to this board, you’ll loose composite and component video and can not use your original Omega MVS RGB SCART cable; You’ll need to use RGB, Component and HDMI cables that were designed for the Genesis 2: https://www.retrorgb.com/genesisrgbcables.html
While the Omega’s original output is totally safe to use and outputs a respectable quality signal, this board can squeeze some more performance from both the stereo audio and RGB video of the console.
